Program Components

The Assessment

As a first step, an online evaluation which takes about 30 minutes to complete, is sent to all participants 2 weeks before the workshop.

The Profile

After taking the assessment, participants receive a precise, personalized profile of about 20 pages. This highly detailed report helps team members better understand themselves and their work style as well as the personalities on their team so that together they can achieve individual and collective objectives more effectively. Participants will also learn how their specific team is performing on each of the key behaviors in The Five Behaviors model.

The Workshop

The experience is completed through a half-day workshop, led by a trained Five Behaviors expert. This training session enables participants to evaluate their approach to teamwork and provides them with personalized information about the critical behaviors and interpersonal skills needed to improve the cohesion and performance of any team.

The workshop includes a walkthrough of the personalized profile, breakout activities, group discussions as well as relevant videos.

Duration of the workshop: 3-4 hours (depending on the number of modules chosen)
