Fierce Conversations® is a thought-provoking and actionable professional development program that helps employees and managers develop their leadership skills and achieve their full potential, one conversation at a time.

Every Fierce Conversations workshop is instructor-led and highly interactive. All workshops are offered either virtually or in-person.

To the Fierce Foundations module, which is a pre-requisite, you can add, à la carte, any of the 5 following optional conversation modules:

Fierce Foundations (pre-requisite)

The Fierce Foundations module is the starting place, the cornerstone upon which the Fierce Conversations program is built.

Put your busy work life on pause and open your mind to the philosophy of Fierce Conversations. Discover its 3 transformational ideas, 4 objectives and 7 principles, each clearly explained through concrete, relatable, real-life examples.

  • Make the connection between conversations, relationships, leadership and results.
  • Reflect on the importance of Emotional Intelligence and the impact your conversations have on people.
  • Ponder on the influence that your judgement and your beliefs have on how you view and interpret situations, how you judge and label your co-workers and on the issues this may create.
