Gloria Di Francesco is the founder and CEO of GDF Talent Inc. Prior to starting her business in 2008, Gloria worked in the corporate world for over 20 years, specializing in both Operations and Human Performance where she gained valuable expertise in the areas of Management, Training & Development and Learning Delivery.

In addition to having an extensive understanding of Operations, Gloria has a proven ability to lead and develop efficient teams. Her strengths include exceptional skills as a workshop facilitator and training specialist and an undisputed aptitude to motivate, coach, develop and influence others.

As a strong communicator and an excellent public speaker in both English and French, Gloria has delivered many workshops and presentations to audiences of all sizes on a variety of topics such as Leadership Development, Sales Training, Team Building, Emotional Intelligence, Presentation & Networking Skills and Business Etiquette.

Her favorite topic remains Fierce Conversations, an inspiring and impactful Leadership Development program developed in 2004 by Fierce Inc.’s founder Susan Scott. As a certified Fierce Conversations Master Facilitator since 2006, Gloria has facilitated numerous workshops in many companies such as Coca-Cola, Bell, American Express, Randstad Canada and Spin Master to name only a few (see complete list below). The comments received are always extremely positive and the participants come out of these workshops well prepared and motivated to address their biggest challenges.

In 2020, Gloria added to her certifications by becoming an authorized partner of Everything DiSC, a powerful assessment-based learning tool that deepens self-awareness, inspires appreciation of others, and fosters effective collaboration in the workplace. This added credential further entrenches her communication expertise.

Gloria’s unique style of blending content with real life experiences enables participants to fully understand the concepts and apply what they have learned to transform their behavior and attain the desired results. Her ability to balance humor and corporate wisdom has earned her the reputation of being an entertaining yet knowledgeable, authentic and eloquent facilitator.

When Gloria is not working, you will find her skiing in winter or biking and hiking in the summer. She loves to entertain her friends with great food and wine. Gloria lives with her family in Montreal, Quebec.
