Program Overview
The Everything DiSC Application Suite offers a series of unique learning experiences called “Applications”. Each Everything DiSC Application can be done independently, with Workplace being the more foundational one. Each Application includes:
An online assessment
A detailed personalized profile
An interactive instructor-led workshop, which really helps participants deepen their learning experience.
Follow-up tools
After completing the online DiSC assessment, each participant receives a personalized profile, based on their individual DiSC style. This very detailed report is full of insights that will deepen the participant’s understanding of self and provide effective ways to communicate and act with others, especially those with different styles.
A dynamic and interactive instructor-led workshop then takes place with all the participants where insights are shared, communication strategies are discussed, and solutions are proposed to make workplace and remote-work interactions more enjoyable and effective.
